As our Administration Manager, Carey is responsible for the day to day running of the office, a role which she has held since the formation of McPhail Gibson & Zwart in 1995.
Carey undertakes the preparation of accounts, day to day typing of correspondence, legal submissions etc, as well as the compilation of our monthly newsletter ‘The Advocate’, promotional material and flyers. An integral part of her role is nagging the rest of the team to ensure that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing!
Prior to commencing with McPhail Gibson & Zwart Ltd, Carey was employed by the Canterbury Employers’ Association/Employers’ Consultants Limited for 13 years in a variety of secretarial/administrative support roles.
Away from the office Carey enjoys walking the dog, reading (‘chick lit’), knitting while her husband and son dominate the tv watching rugby and racing, and spending time with family and friends.
