Peter Zwart has worked since 1987 as an Advocate representing employers in matters such as agreement (individual and collective) negotiations and all forms of dispute resolution. His pragmatic approach to employment law is equally at home in the courtroom dealing with grievances or injunctions, or strategic planning in the Boardroom. Peter’s skills cover the full range of employment relations issues.
His experience includes contract/agreement negotiation in a wide range of industries. His emphasis in industrial relations is pre-emptive rather than reactive with a preference for early involvement in all employment problems. Hands on involvement in investigation and disciplinary issues commonly leads to more positive and cost effective outcomes for employers.
Away from the office Peter is enjoying the freedom that comes with having children living away from home. Sailing fills some of the available spare time and planning when to sail next fills the majority of what’s left.
